IDEAL LOCATION: The region’s topography is made for kayak touring. Our kayak operations are based around lush green and mountainous Lefkada island in the central Ionian sea, and encompass nearby Ithaki and Kefalonia. These larger isles are surrounded by dozens of small, sparsely populated isles which lie close together. They present a convenient island hopping circuit for our kayaking tours.

KAYAK TOURS TO SUIT EVERYONE: From novices to experienced kayakers, and we use comfortable and stable double sea kayaks designed for touring. For tours graded 'easy-moderate', kayaking experience is not necessary, though basic fitness and good physical condition is- as our itineraries also include trekking up steep hills. We run through short instruction & basic kayaking skills in sheltered Vasiliki bay at the start of your tour. Naturally for the longer tours graded 'experienced', participants should have at least some kayaking experience, be relatively fit and able to swim, though there is no age limit.
Best season to kayak? We recommend late May to mid June & September to mid October, when days are not too hot, and the sea temperature is warm. July and August months we generally kayak in the early morning and late afternoon when the heat is less intense. MORE>
